A stub is an article containing only a few sentences of text which is too short to provide adequate coverage of a subject. For the VMIL Wiki, stubs may also be articles with no information whatsoever.

An article doesn't have to be empty to be a stub; likewise, an article doesn't have to be completely perfect to be removed from the stub category. A general guideline to determine whether an article should be a stub is to consider the user. If the article, in its current state, is useful and fit to be viewed by users, it shouldn't be in the stub category. This provides a useful list of articles which need more information before being considered "finished enough".
